Serious Fun put together a custom, experiential learning team workshop for current and upcoming leaders with this industry leading company based in Richmond, Virginia. As BCLS works to pour into it's people, their core values of integrity, quality, innovation and teamwork are at the center of what they do. Serious Fun put together a custom 1/2 day teambuilding workshop centered around our Nine Essentials to get along well. The three points of emphasis were communication, attitude and self awareness.
The entire morning was peppered with fun and engaging learning activities, all with simple and intuitive lessons to reinforce a particular message. In the end, the encouragement was to take what was experienced and learned and use it in leadership to Be the Good. I'm confident the team at BCLS will do just that to give their workers and customers a fantastic experience.
